4 Weeks Out Today...real Food...unhappy Sleeve!

Well, I am exactly 4 weeks out today and have been cleared for real food. So, I thought I would make some mini meatballs from turkey sausage...apparently my sleeve didn't care for them. I got two down and then got sick! So, any ideas on what to eat?

Wow I couldn't eat meat until I was at least 6 weeks post op. At 4 weeks I could probably only eat 1 meatball at that anyway. Maybe you need to sick to the soft foods for a while (?) I would ask my doctor...best wishes.

Maybe take it a little slower? My first foods didn't include meat. I am at six weeks now and am just starting canned chicken and the like. I have not been sick at all. The hardest thing I've dealt with is eggs, they are a no-go... for now. Hang in there!
