If you are less than 3 months out from surgery you might want to hang on to them for later.

Your taste and what your stomach can handle will change later on.

I couldn't stand them either after surgery.

But now I have no problem and like them, 6 months out.

My vitamins are the Celebrate brand, and I have had the same problem. Sometimes I think it is the calcium that makes me nauseous, and sometime I think it is the multi. When I am done with these I will be going back to my liquid vitamins and gummy calciums, I hope.

ohh im in fair oaks too...well that was easy ... if you would like them...

thanks guys but i just dont think im going to like them later either.. lol.. but i already bought all new Vitamins so i dont need them.

Message me in a private email and i can either give you my info or you can give me yours. what ever is easiest. i just don't want them to go to waste.

Save them once you are a little further out you can just cut them up and swallow them like a regular vitamin. Also if you are not taking them with food try having something in your stomach with them. You can also take half in the am and half at night (they say we pee out a lot of the full dose of vitamins anyway so it might give you more bang for a buck).
