Mushies Vs Puress? Tom? Is There A Difference?

OK, so I'm new to the board obvi, but like any good newbie I'm attempting to aquaint myself and learn the lingo and culture. Unfortunately there are a few things I just don't get so I was hoping you guys could help me out.

What's the difference between mushies and purees? What does TOM stand for? What other acronyms etc.. does a newbie need to know in order to navigate?

Welcome!!

TOM= time of the month

NSV= Non scale victory

mushies is more general/ broad it can be softer foods with more texture. Purees technically means there are no lumps.

I love your " I got this" My kid is killing me with the phrase!

I'm so glad you asked about the NSV. I have been on here for over a month and just kept thinking I would figure it out - lol.

Thanks so much, and good luck on your journey!
