9 Weeks Out Share Ur Weight Loss!

I'm nine weeks out and have lost 44 pounds since surgery. I need to know where I compare to others. I have started working out kickboxing and aerobics the last three weeks so maybe I'm developing muscle and that's why my scale hasn't moved much. Let me know where others stand.

I think at 9 weeks out I was at 40lbs exactly. You are doing fantasic!!! :Banane57:

At 9 weeks out, I was down about 42 pounds. You are right on track. If you figure it out by the week, you are averging a loss of more than 4 pounds a week. That's awesome.

I had a 10 pound loss before surgery, but I gained it back for a few days due to surgery fluids. So my 42 pound loss includes that relost 10 pounds.
