Hi all! Happy New year! I am 6 months out, and 60lbs down. My weight loss was good when i first had my surgery. But for the past 2-3 months, ive been up and down the same weight. Has anyone ever had plateau's or stalls and got thru them and continued to get to goal? Ive been doing cardio, walking 3 miles a day. I will lose like 3lbs in a week, but somehow gain it back in a few days. My calories are always under 1000 a day. Usually its 800-850. I don't know what im doing wrong. Im so worried that i won't hit goal. Ive accepted being a slow loser, and im totally fine with that. i just want to be a loser
