I Think I Finally Got Over My Gastric Sleeve Stall!

I was in a terrible stall for nearly 4 weeks. It was so hard to see almost the exact same weight every day, so I stopped weighing myself every day cuz it was driving me crazy. Today I weighed and lost 3 pounds! YAY!

I am in my stall right now. I was weighing myself daily and was freaking out. Now I'm just going to weigh myself every morning am and work on not stressing on it. It will start falling off again. Congrats on your 3lb weight loss! ;)

YAY! isn't that a great way to start your day??

I too quit weighing myself if the numbers are the same too many days in a row.. just makes me angry and feel like giving up and not being careful about what I eat. Instead I take my body measurements or try on some old clothes that were too small to see if they fit yet.

Hey, I have a question....I haven't had surgery yet, but am wondering for the future...does an increase in exercise help bust through these stalls I hear about? Has anyone had that experience?
