low carb pizza (kinda great)

i made up a good receipe for a healthy alternative to the fatty pizza....

there are chicken and shredded mild chedder on top. cook on medium high heat for about 2 minutes.

the tortilla crisps and you can cut it into 4 slices. have a slice and save the rest for later :)

i made one for myself because i was totally craving pizza but didnt want to pig out....my family smelt it cooking and they all wanted me to make them some. so i did...and my whole family LOVED it. (this includes a very picky 8 year old)

very tastey and low carb/calorie!

enjoy your pizza! hehe!

Awesome Idea! I will definitely try this someday.

Update, 15 minutes later...I had small corn tortillas, a can of fire roasted tomatoes, fresh mozarella, fresh parmesan, olives, and mushrooms so I gave it a whirl and WOW so yummy! And hubby loved it too. The corn tortillas add an extra kick, and makes me think of something else....Mexican Pizza!

So excited ... thank you again!
