My docs told me after a year I could drink in moderation. I had a drink about 8 months out and everything is fine. Till today I drink in moderation.

I used to have that issue in the beginning it was a sign that I was full. -
How far out are you? Constipation is really normal for the process though. I've not seen stools almost white though, it all depends on what you're eating.

My Doc switched me over to rice protein, since surgery I have become allergic to Dairy Soy and Eggs. The rice protein works well for me. It taste pretty bad honestly, you get used to it though

Hi guys!!!! Omg Ter you look great!!!!! So happy for all of us. For me I've had a complication but I've trucking through it. I became Lactose intolerant with sucks like everything has milk in it! I'm even reacting to things with a ton of Soy in it at times =( Oh well I'd rather be like this then 100 pounds heavier! I'm 1 pound away from ONDERLAND =)) I've still got 50+ pounds to lose to get to my first real end-goal of 145. I'm happy this summer won't be horrible I'm not all hot like last summer and I'm loving being outside. I've never seen 1-- anything on the scale in my life Not that I can remember the lowest I'd ever seen was 205 and that was back in middle school. It's amazing what the sleeve has done for us guys. Everyone keep up the good work! Yay us!!!
