You know, I'm not much of a TV watcher but the time window when I do have it on is from 6 to 8 pm and the

almost non-stop food commercials amazed me. I know they are gunning for the dinner market but wow.

BTW, my program said no Tomato products until you move to full food due to the acid. I've read so many people

here who are eating tomato Soup so I went ahead and tried it yesterday. It seemed to have agreed with me just

fine yesterday but today, having it a second time, I think it did irritate me quiet a bit. Aside from little issues I've

not have too many big problems but tonight I feel like something is stuck in my throat so I'm backing off of the

tomato soup. It's too bad because it was wonderful. Made me feel like I was actually having real food. But I can

wait another couple of weeks to be safe.

I was sleeved on the 3rd and I had Cream of Mushroom Soup today and it was great. Also, have cream of chicken and golden mushroom Soups in the cupboard for the next few days. What about yogurt? Last week I was eating a lot of chicken broth and before surgery I had reserved some liquid from a previous batch of my beef stew and it was great to have post-op, just liquid, no pieces.

I'm worried that I will feel light headed and weak after my surgery because of not eating enough calories. My body is so used to having a few thousand calories per day then all of a sudden I will only we consuming 500-700 a day. Does your body feel like it's going into shock, weak, light headed, dizzy, etc. Or because your tummy is so much smaller you don't feel that way. ??

You know after you get in your Protein in you will feel really good. Yesterday, the first thing I did when I got up was my Protein shake and I felt great. Today I got a shower first with no Protein Shake and I feel weak...so I learned my lesson :)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
