Okay I decided since I've been basically the same weight for the last 6 months, I might be "done" losing scary thought, BUT I'm not going to change my ticker yet, as I still have an aspirational goal that I would like to someday achieve.

But I finally am putting up my before/after shots...It truly is astounding to see the difference!! (Click on them to see them larger)

I just have to say that everyone in this thread is amazing. I am getting sleeved soon and being ehre reading all these success stories are so encouraging to me. I take in all the advice and hints so that my loss will be successful post-op. I do have one question for those of you that have done so great.......what do you do to prefent all the gastly sagging skin? Is there a secret to help avoid it after surgery? I feel it is inevitible and I think God I have an awesome husband, but sure would like to not have to go through an additional surgery when all is said and done if there is something I can do to keep it from being so horrible. I expect some, but if I can help I want to do it with dedication. Another problem I have is I am 61 so that doesn't help I am sure, but I love to work out. After winning Atlanta's Biggest Loser in 2010 I learned how to work out effectively so I am not afraid of work. I weighed 269 when I started that competition and lost to 235. It was awesome, but I have gained 15 back since then, hense decided it is time to take drastic measures with the sleeve.

Any helps and hints are an added bonus to me.
