Your Favorite Soft/Pureed Foods

When you were a post-op what were some of your favorite recipes that got you through that phase? I see a lot of things for ricotta bakes which sound delicious. Thanks for sharing.

When I was doing puree, my favorite things were very simple: refried beans with melted cheese on top; pureed chicken salad (no celery); Hormel chili, no beans with melted cheese on top. See my blog archive (link below) for my favorite mushies and soft solids recipes.

pureed lenitls, fish baked, laughing cow wedges, deli meat wrapped around laughing cow wedge, italian wedding day soup blended (progresso)
