  1. I live on pro Joe from bariatric advantage. Mocha on ice. Have one every morning with the vitamins
  2. Do not fear it will pass. The first few months are the worst. I will be 2 yrs Aug 11 and I can eat everything so make sure u keep it up mentally as this is just a tool.

  5. I'm 2 months Post Op.. and I've been feeling the same way.. and here I thought it was just me... PCP perscribe the b12 injection ..gonna get it tonight.. or not sure if I should wait til the morning to have enough energy to go to work tomorrow..
  6. We are no alone... Don't worry I'm feeling the same way.. I had a good cry last night.. glad I found some of these posts, I thought I was going crazy... I'm 2months out and just starting to feel what they say are hormonal changes... I read somewhere that our new pouches are like cybil ... we never know how they are going to be each day.. Sipping on the gatorade now hope this helps me a bit tonight cause I didn't like anything today.. I prepared a few Protein shakes and just threw them out.

  11. Glad you made it to the doc. I'm just 5wks out and I'm feeling the emotions now.. I coasted through he first 3 wks but once I got my 1st menstral cycle it went down hill from there.. it's just one day at a time.
  12. I just experienced the emotions... with my first menstral cycle after surgery last Friday... wow it hit me hard too.. ut this explains alot of it... thanks for the post.
  13. You seem to be eating pretty good.. I on the contray am still on the moochie stage also but having hard time getting enough in. No appetite and last week when I got my first menstral cycle since surgery, my hormones went :001_wub: wacko... I got low on iron and vitamin d....

  15. You took the words right out of my mouth.... I'm 5 days away.. on Aug 11th and you have read my mind...I'm struggling with this preop full liquid diet.. which I'm on day 8.. I'm sooo hungry.. I'm tired :cursing:of sugar free Jello, Water and Protein shakes... I need something else... any ideas will be greatly apprecated. Hope for a speedy recovery ..... and to hear how you are doing....
  16. I'm right there with you guys... My surgery date is August 11th. I've been on he liquid preop diet for 5 days now. It's been very challenging but so far so good. Today I brought a small perfume with me as backup for the food smells by the fast food ..torture but smelling the perfume worked.. Good Luck...
