I use 1 vanilla Protein shake scoop, Splenda, sugar free French vanilla creamer & a half a package of Starbucks via. I mix with 6 oz of Water in a Blender Bottle. Shake shake shake & add ice.

Delicious!! This is my favorite recipe so far.

I use Click or Big Train Fit Frappe they are delish

7oz skim milk, 1 scoop chocolate splendor injury, 1 packet of instant on the go coffee, 5-7 ice cubes, mix in border till the consistancy of a frappe.

Or if you prefer French vanilla, use a scoop of vanilla injury instead. This is how I start most mornings.

Um, stupid spellcheck! *unjury* NOT injury! Haha

And it should say *blender* not border,....... I'm gonna go to bed now.......

I use 1% milk, a scoop of Protein powder, add a little Bolthouse Farms mocha Cappuccino "Krogers",

and maybe a little Hills Bros. french vanilla cappuccino..Yummy!

The Bolthouse is 100% arabica coffee. It does have 7grams of protein and 28 grams of sugar, so I dont use alot of it, but it gives it a good flavor.

I do hot protein coffee. One scoop of protein powder mixed with a little bit of cold milk (1/8 cup or so), and mix until it is smooth adding more milk as needed. Then slowly pour hot coffee in to the mix while stirring constantly. Works great and I love the comforting feeling of my warm cup of coffee in the morning.

I brew coffee, and I pour in half a ready made Muscle Milk Cookies 'N Cream shake and some sweetner. I usually drink two cups in the morning to give me a full 20g of protein before my first meal.

I live on pro Joe from bariatric advantage. Mocha on ice. Have one every morning with the vitamins

I am a ProJoe fan Bariatric Advantage too. they are so good and much healthier for you than even a Starbuck's skinny iced latte!

Any venti decaf skinny Starbucks latte or mocha. It will only set you back about 150 calories max, and has 10-15 grams of Protein.

If you got really ambitious I bet you could pour it into a bigger cup and add some Protein powder and/or more milk.

For regular coffee I have been using dry powdered nonfat milk as a creamer and protein booster.
