Not sweet full liquid options!

I found this recipe in complete bariatric cookbook and meal plan. Thank goodness because I can’t do those sweet shakes no mo. Green Machine Protein Shake. It’s lightly tart and tangy. I taste the green apple essence and it’s creamy. Yum!

The book is by Megan Moore. I bought it before surgery and looked it over but didn’t really use it until I was at wits end with those horrible sweet protein shakes.

And this one is High Protein Milk. Not sweet. I made it just one cup at a time. Pretty darn good.
