Hmm, never considered this issue, but I can't imagine how gagging would make the band slip.

My problem in regard to oral sex is that I have TMJ and my jaw locks up if I perform oral sex for too long. That's pretty much the only time it bothers me, actually. So when I'm at the dentist and he asks if my TMJ has been bothering me, I never know quite how to answer him.
