I am curently in the research / jumping through insurance hoops phase. I am going to be having the sleeve done with Dr. Teng in Las Vegas where I live, All of the apts i have had with him or his staff have been great but I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has all ready had the surgey with him?

Bumping this old thread. I was wondering if anyone has had vsg with Teng or any other Vegas doctors?

I live here in Vegas but I'm going to Mexicali to have mine done. Jumping through hoops with HPN wasn't working for me or I should say they wouldn't work WITH me. Hopefully someone else will chime in!

I went to Dr. Umbach in Vegas as self-pay through Medical Tourism. He was an AWESOME surgeon!

Im jumping through hoops with Health Plan of Nevada toooo... Im going thru Dr Soong in Las Vegas-- Just finishing my 3 month diet log with dietician .. hoping to have surgery 1st of July. Looks like HPN will pay 5k and I will be left to self pay 11k!! ouch! Anyone else in Vegas find a better deal in town??
