To weigh or not to weigh....that is the question!

Hi everyone! I have a question for you. How often do you weigh yourself? I seem to be "addicted" to weighing myself. I do it several times a day. Then, it just makes me feel bad because either I haven't lost anything or it is just a small amount. So, how do you handle the scale?:)

Thanks for you reply.....

SarahD.

I weigh myself every morning on the WII. It tracks everything and it is amazing to see how often it changes even when you didn't expect it to!

I weigh myself with the Wii also. Is it in sync with your/doctors scale?

Thanks,

Janice

It is pretty close. I weigh myself in the morning after I shower and use the restroom. I am just in my underwear so very little to throw the weight off....LOL.

Usually doctors is in the afternoon and we all know there is a difference if the timing is off so I just deal with the few pounds.

:)

I weigh myself daily. You have to be comfortable with the idea of maybe gaining a pound for a day or two once in a while though (due to water retention or constipation). If you are not, maybe you're better off doing it every couple of days.

Someone here mentioned she weighs every day and writes it down once a week on the same day. That sounded like a good plan to me. A little balance to level out the crazy! I thought I might try that after I get the sleeve.
