1 month Post op to the day and the total is....

Well guys I am exactly 1 month post op today and I weighed at the gym this afternoon. I am exactly 41 pounds down!!! I can not believe it. I am very tall and had alot to lose so I am just now starting to see the weight loss in my clothes and see it in certain areas of my body. I am so excited. I think I am starting to get a feel for how slow to eat and chewing. But then in a few weeks I go to solid foods so I am sure that will just stir it up again. Thank you to everyone for the last month and prior to that and all your support. :001_wub:

Congrats that is awesome!! Any complications?

Congratulations!

Even when you trim down, expect your head to take a long time to catch up. I'm about 50 pounds down now, and my head STILL hasn't caught up, even though my clothes are just falling off me.

Congrats!!! That is awesome. I too have been following your journey and I'm so happy for you. Keep up the excellent work.

Whooo hooooo!!! You are doing so awesome! Did you take before pics? If so you should definitely take some comparison shots! The # on the scale is great but I actually recognized it in myself so much more when I saw the pics.

I'm so proud of you yay!

YAY YAY fabulous job ! ! !

Great Job :001_wub:

Thanks guys...

Dickson - nope no complications everything went really well. Just normal post op stuff

Christi - I plan on taking pics but I was afraid I wouldn't notice enough of a distance and get discouraged.

Lillie, I thought that too, I even said to myself I won't post them until month 2 if I don't see a difference, but I was shocked how much difference I saw. You have lost even more than me and I'm SURE you would see a difference!
