Well I have officially been inducted into the NEVER TRUST A FART CLUB. Well here it goes, as I drank my first Atkins Advantage shake yesterday it was going down real easy and it taste so good. I was just sipping away and around the half way point ?about 30 min? I felt my stomach making some different noises. I was glad to hear them but was still curious :confused:as to what they were.

Well there it went One Fart, Two Farts both went good :lol0:, I got up to go to the toilet and as I got there and begin to sit, the third fart, OHH it wasn?t a fart :lol0: and it went all over the place. I mean on the floor, toilet, and some on the wall. I was like ?I DIDN?T EVEN STRAIN WITH THIS ONE? and it came out shooting like a double barrel shotgun.

Well I want to Pay It Forward ?NEVER TRUST A FART? :lol0:

I'm on so much benefiber and stool softners..... I have the opposite problem... can this issue sneak up on those on my side of the continum???

I have to say that personally, my Atkins Advantage Protein shakes do help me stay somewhat regular! Fiber is just the right amount for me! Thank goodness I have not had any episodes like that, I just know that I am certainly getting my fiber with them!
