lap band need to get sleeve

Hi, I had lap band surgery 3/22/2007 I have lost 28pd. have been sick cant eat most foods and now they r telling me my band might have a leak.I am trying to find out how much it would cost me to have the lap band removed and the sleeve put in. I here THAT TEXAS IS ALOT CHEAPER THEN HERE IN lOUISIANA. IM SELF PAY AND MONEY DOEST COME EASY.PLEASE HELP WITH THE INFORMATION IF U CAN. THANKS, JODA FROM LOUISIANA:

Not sure what you want to know. There are a lot of us who had the band removed and got a sleeve instead. What is it that you're asking?

Dr. Nick Nicholson in Dallas, Tx is a great surgeon from his patient testimonials on this site and various other boards. You can google his name and contact his office for revision costs.

I'm sorry your band is giving you issues. I revised after having mine for just 8 months.

There's several great surgeons in Texas. Houston, and San Antonio also have some really great surgeons.

Dr. Alanis in Houston is one off the top of my head that is highly respected with great stats.

Thanks for getting back with me. I am trying to find out the cost of taking the band out and replacing with the sleeve. I have heard that the price is alot cheaper in texas.
