I'm having my band removed and getting the sleeve. I'm also self pay twice. So im sure hoping this really works. A little scared but I really hope it works.With my band I couldn't eat much at all with out throwing it up. I have had fills, taken them out, put them back still don't loss. This has been going on for 3 1/2 years. I'm really tired of it. Its been hard getting the money to do this again.So im hoping for the best. This is my last chance. Good luck, Joyce

Hi, congratulation . on your weight loss. Just a few questions. I'm going to have a revision from lap band to sleeve. Do u still loses enough weight after having the band. I heard that you don't have the restrictions after having the band like you would if you just had the sleeve.Also did you have ONE SURGERY OR DID U HAVE TO GO BACK AND HAVE THE SLEEVE LATER AFTER TAKEN BAND OUT? Thanks for getting back with me. I am trying to find out the cost of taking the band out and replacing with the sleeve. I have heard that the price is alot cheaper in texas.

Hi, I had lap band surgery 3/22/2007 I have lost 28pd. have been sick cant eat most foods and now they r telling me my band might have a leak.I am trying to find out how much it would cost me to have the lap band removed and the sleeve put in. hey welcome no i did not have one prior to surgery but i think they use that to make sure that your pouch is working right or that the fluied is going in right . Im really not real sure sorry.

I dont know what size they used i will find out tue.I fill food when i eat a bigger bite than i should. Some times even eggs go down hard.

What is band dialation. The nurse said my first fill evaoerated a little. I hope this 4th fill will work for me next tuesday. Will just have to see:cry

hello i was banded on march 22-07 a so far have lost a total of 9lbs. I am getting to the point where im thinking this is not working for me . I have had 3 feels and still no restiction some one help please . Yes i am walkin also. Couldnt for a while had a bad knee but went to dr and got a shot and helped so i am back at it . need some help please
