2 weeks and 3 days out and stalled already!!

Hello my SLEEVED family :001_tongue:

I am getting a little frustrated. I am 2 weeks and 3 days out and I have not lost any weight. I'm stuck. I go up 1 lb and lose 1 lb. How is this happening when I can hardly eat anything? I don't understand. How can I be stalled so soon? I lost 28lbs in less than 2 weeks. Is that why? I am sooooo mad:cursing: Let me know if this has happened to you. Thanks everyone :sad0:

Step away from the scales!!

Your body is probably in shock! Don't panic, it will happen, it can't not!!

Your body is healing, and wondering what the heck is going on. Stalls happen at different times for everyone. Some hit when they incorporate mushies, some hit it they start full liquids. A stall doesn't happen unless you aren't losing weight for a consistent, solid 14 days. So, if you lost 28lbs in less than 2 weeks, then you haven't hit a true stall.

Like Lib said, back off the scale. Increase your Water intake, move more. The scale will move again. Your body maybe holding onto some weight kind of as a survival tactic. Your body has just been through a traumatic experience even though you feel good, your "insides" are still wondering " umm what did she do to us".

I agree with the above experts. Just don't worry about it, focus instead on getting in all your fluids and Proteins, and be sure you are getting 600-800 calories. If your calorie intake is too low you may get weak, and your metabolism will slow way down so you burn less calories.

At two weeks 3 days out, it is hard to get in the required Protein unless you are using a liquid Protein of some kind. Have you found one you like?
