18% body fat!

I had my body fat measured at the gym today and they claimed it's under 18%!

I'm not sure I believe this, but it still makes me happy. My scale hasn't budged on body fat % in months and I've lost visible fat pockets so I know it's down from what it's saying.

WOW Mac that is FANTASTIC. I am getting so anxious for my surgery -- June 12th -- feels as though it will NEVER get here ....
