I know what a soft full is, but I don't know how it is suppose to feel. I guess that it may be different for everyone? So could everyone that knows how their soft full feels could you please enlighten me. This could help people at my stage in the process. (which is second fill in 4 days)

My soft full feeling comes as a slight hiccup. At that point I know I am full. Sometimes I will have a deep sigh, and then the one slight hiccup and then I know I must stop right there because the next couple of bites are going to push me over the edge of full to uncomfortable.

Mine is not soft... I sneeze violently several times.

Your joking! Right?

I am pre-band and fascinated by this -- look forward to making friends with my body again and being able to interpret signals. Thanks for posting!

I get a slight gurgle in my stomach and then burp. Not a small one either. We're talking about a two minute long burp (which gratefully, I can stifle the sound of).

my soft fill feeling is my nose runs...

I also get a hiccup, a deep sigh, or a tight feeling in the back of my throat.

I wish I was. When we eat out, people start looking at me like I'm Typhoid Mary!

I never heard of a "Soft Full"

I always feel as though I just ate, 24 hrs a day....therefore I am not that interested in eating. But when I do, I will simply eat until I cannot eat anymore...what the band will let me....which is very little, small portion.

I get what I call a "hiccurp". It's like a combination hiccup burp. I get about a half dozen of them.

Thanks for the replies so far, hoping for more and it seems that hiccup is a notifier.
