Stupid head hunger!!

How do you stop this incessant snacking!?!?

I'm not hungry but I keep going for Snacks here and there. It's hurting my weight loss for sure. I can't get below 225lbs and have been stuck here for over a 2 months.

So, do any of you have some little tricks you used to get away from the snacking? I have great restriction right on and don't get hungry for 5 hours even without snacks. When I'm busy, take that as not bored, I can do this. But boredom goes all too well with snacks for me.

Thanks,

John

what about eating pickles? I heard that it takes away hunger?

I'm struggling at work, with my morning coffee sitting at my computer I 'think' I need to be munching on something. I just feel the urge to snack. My toughest part of the day is the mornings. Even with a good breakfast I never feel quite satisfied.

My surgeon told me to eat pickles whenever head hunger sets in. I've only done it twice but it works.

I don't think it takes away hunger, it just has almost zero calories and is a decent size so you eat it and it fills you.

I have found that drinking tea works with my 'boredom' eating but also sugar free mints and occasionally a glass of milk. Are you exercising at all? I find I have less head hunger when I have exercised and made my body tired.
