So, I'm feeling "naked" at the moment and 8pm can't get here fast enough! I dropped my wedding ring off earlier to get sized! After losing 60 lbs, it had to go from a 5.5 DOWN to a 4.5! Yay!! The small things are exciting, too!!!

I totally understand. I can't wear any of my rings either. They arrange in sizes from a 5 1/2 to a 7 because that was the different sizes of my fingers. Well they are all now a 4 to 4 1/2. I haven't tried to get them sized yet. It is a great feeling though. I actually just want new rings. LOL

I hear you because by the time I hit the 100 lbs lost mark my wedding band was flying off my finger left & right!! Being that it had a design it was unable to be made smaller so my darling husband decided we should get new matching wedding bands......why would I argue LOL!! Congrats on your success, enjoy :)

What a great NSV. I'm able to wear rings again that I haven't worn in years. So satisfying!

24 years ago, I had to have my wedding ring cut off. For Christmas this year, I had it put back together so I could wear it again! I have not had it off since then! NSV"s are the best!

Before I got banded the wedding band was so tight and I almost got it resized to a bigger size am glad I did not I need to think about getting it resized downward.

My wife who is also banded went the new ring route since it slip off her finger and the diamond fell out and she could not find it. Of course I teased here that she had to drop the ring 50 times before that itty bitty diamond fell out.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
