New ideas for soft foods please

I was bannered on the 15th June and I'm ment to be on Soft foods, I get bored quickly with eating the same foods all the time. I have basically lived of mash with something added (Ie mince, tuna, carrot, sweet potato) to it for 2 weeks now and I'm getting sick of it. Since I started my pre op diet I have stayed away from bread and Pasta and that has been fine but I need new ideas for meals.

Help please! X

I always looked for something with protein or added protein to it. oatmeal with some vanilla protein, scrambled eggs sometimes with salsa to change it up, refried beans with cheese and salsa, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese with some pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce. Deli turkey was on my list of soft foods...lots of that. I tended to stick with the same things as well, as I knew it worked for me. It's ok to get a little creative! good luck.

Beans are a good option, they all have protein.

Cream of Wheat is a good option. Has a ton of vitamins.

Wow, these are some great suggestions, thanks ladies!

Apple sauce, jello, mashed potatoes are also great.

Cottage cheese, refried beans and anything you like just throw it in a blender! Instant mush.
