HUUUUUGE NSV!!!!!

OMG I'm out of my head excited!!!!! I had 4 huge boxes of "thin clothes" on my closet and 99% of it now fits!!! I tried them on yesterday. Size 14 and 12 pants, size large and medium tops!!!! I didn't realize I was that small yet, but went to a party Friday night and my friend told me that I looked tiny, and I realized my new size 16 Ann Taylor pants (omg yea, regular clothes!!) were already kinda droopy on me. I just bought them a month ago! Being a size 14 wasn't even on my radar... And the best part is I even missed the boat on a favorite coat which is kinda too big. Hah!!!!!!!!!!! So happy!!!

That is so great Sasha! I share your excitement..I've also gotten into sizes I haven't been in for quite a while. It's such a great feeling....you should be so proud of your success!

Awe-to-the-some!!!!

yea that is such a great feeling hugs

Terrific

Almost time for me to change belts again

Congratulations, keep up the happy feelings.

CONGRATS !!!! This is a lot of fun, isn't it !! You and I are roughly around the same weight loss area (Im down from a size 18-225 lbs to a size 12, 162 lbs , with a goal of 140 lbs )I think one of the funnest things is to be able to just look at a size 12 and go "Yep! It will fit !!!" Woohoo !! Glad to see you have all those cute clothes to wear, im glad I shopped at Goodwill and bought a few outfits at a time to "grow into " ! Save me a lot of stress to do it a little at a time BEFORE I was banded. Do you notice that your shoe size has changed too ? Ive gone from a solid 9.5 to now a 9 and some 8.5 's. ...... totally weird to have to buy smaller shoes, just couldn't wrap my mind around that one for the longest time......CONGRATULATIONS again, way to go !!!

That is so awesome! I can't wait to be there, too!

Had to go back and find this thread! Tried on some size 18 pants that I've had for years. They had been in the drawer because at a size 26, of course I couldn't fit them. Put them on today and they are too big! Feels great! :-)

Dazzling that's amazing !!! I can't wait until i have what's called these "nsv" moments! Can someone please explain what that stands for ?

NSV = Non scale Victories. It's amazing to appreciate the "little" things that aren't focused on numbers. I jokingly call them side effects of weight loss ;-)

That's so great!!! Love this thread!

Congratulations!! I've trying to get through the Summer with same 3 pairs of shorts that I have. Not looking good. Starting to look like I am wearing canvas bags. Love losing weight but I have never been one for clothes shopping.
