I have been experiencing a lot if Hair loss over the last few months....my hair is everywhere and comes out every time I touch my hair. Anyone else experience this? What did you do?

That does seem to be a problem with fast weight loss. You'll probably hear from a number of people. My Dr. suggested making sure you take a good Multivitamin, eating at least 75 grams of Protein a day, and using Nioxin Shampoo.< /p>

I also take Biotin and Zinc to help. Mine stopped dropping so fast after a bout 6 months, now it is just old age!

Biotin and prenatal Vitamins have assisted with slowing my Hair loss down. I am happy with the results.

Talk to your nut and surgeon. When I told mine he put me on several Vitamins specifically for hair loss. He said that your hair goes through a seven month cycle. I took the Vitamins for three months and the Hair loss stopped and started regrowing. I am 16 months post op now and my hair is back to normal.

It was a rough Vitamin routine as you took something different every two hours during the day. If your doctor does not have this you can PM me and I will be glad to type it up for you!

I am still on Biotin, multi Vitamin and Calcium.

Happen to me too!!! It finally slowed down at about 7 month mark. But I just had abdominalplasty 10 days ago and its falling out again. For me, it must be more of the stress on the body than anything to do with food. My diet has stayed the same over these last couple of weeks.

what's the Nioxin shampoo got to do with it and what kind? I know you said Nioxin brand. I take 5000 in Biotin and yes I'm bad about forgetting my multi because it upsets my stomach so I forget to take it. I know I don't get nearly the amount of grams in Protein as you mentioned. Just got my hair color/cut/styled Friday and my stylist could tell it was thinned out from 7 weeks ago, she couldn't believe it.

The Nioxin didn't help me and is very expensive.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
