64lbs gone and loving my band

I had my surgery feb 20 2013. Total loss to date is 64lbs including preop diet. I can move so much easier. I walk a mile a day, I can play with my grandsons!! I love my band!

Mommymaverick I have a 10cc band my first fill was at 6 weeks and my dr starts you out at 4cc's then at 8 weeks he gave me 1 cc more. Last month I got a 1/2 cc. So now I'm at 5 1/2cc's . I just eat my protein vegetables fruits grains and dairy. I don't eat bread pasta anything high in sugar. I eat alot of fish. I walk a mile a day I used to mow with the riding mower now I let my husband ride and I do the push mowing. I just keep movin!

Good for you! That's about where I am with my fills, but I do still eat candy which isn't helping me at all!
