2 days post op and had my first adjustment

Since yesterday afternoon I was feeling nauseous and had dry heaves. The pain from dry heaving was unbearable so I called my surgeons office. They took all the fluid out, I think she said 3 cc. The pain of having the MD feel where my port was was excruciating. I'm home resting now. Has anyone had this experience?

Hope you will do better now. Give it time, it was major surgery.

Can't say that I have. I hope things go well for you now. My Dr is very conservative and would not do any fills until I was 6wks post op.

I do know a girl on here, who did have this same issue. I think her Dr had given her a 5cc fill at surgery.

Some Drs want to get you to restriction right away, but with swelling from surgery,IMO, I don't think its fair to put you through u fills right aftef surgery. That has to hurt.

Best wishes
