See you on the other side. :)

Good Morning!

I am scheduled to be in surgery here in the next few hours. I have to report at 6:30am to prepped. So far, this has been a successful journey as I have learned to control my head hunger and have done a lot of research on proper nutrition with the band. It's hard to believe that here just a few months ago I weighed in at my heaviest of 225.6 and now this morning I was 199.4. I have officially hit "one-derland". I have a ways to go but I know with support and knowledge that I WILL get there.

Thanks for the positive words of wisdom and advice.

*The pictures are from April of this year. I weighed about 220 lbs and wore an XL shirt and size 18 pants.*
