  1. I'm kristinc1985 if anyone wants to add me!!!
  2. Anyone use instagram to track their Lapland journey? If so, I want to follow you!
  3. You'll balance out. Those fills will help. Bandster hell is a very real thing. Just be patient and focus! You can do this.
  4. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!
  5. I was scheduled to take a cruise to the Bahamas in April of last year. I opted to wait until June for my surgery. Though a cruise is a lot different than the travel you're talking about, I wanted to be cooped up in my house during my liquid diet. That way no one would see me cranky and aggravated and there would be no temptation. Lol
  6. I completely agree that it's normal. I have an anxiety disorder and was going crazy. You'll be okay though!!!
  7. Lol! I watched YouTube surgeries, too. A year out I still do from time to time. Still freaks me out as much as it did the first time. Lol
  8. Fill is the saline adjustments they put inside the band to make it tighter or looser.
  9. Awesome. Was just wondering. I had a friend who tried it, but she did eat the foods. She said it was very pricy.
  10. I've been struggling with constipation lately too. I'm thinking about a one daily. Milk of magnesia always helps me though.
  11. Congrats!!!! I'm glad you're sticking to your choice, regardless. I had zero real support when I made my decision, and a year later, I'd still do it again.
  12. Nervous is totally normal. Welcome, and congrats!
  13. You're the only person who's going to determine your success. With that fact in mind, do you allow it to be liberating or scary?
  14. I like your break down on pre colors. So basic, but I never really thought of it before.
  15. It's a foreign body. Probably similar to how earrings and stuff reject on some people (not as serious, obviously, but you guys get what I'm saying). Hope you find relief soon.
  16. Isn't Jenny Craig expensive?
  17. No problem. Glad I could help.
  18. I know that very well too. I was almost 300 pounds. It's so hard. Very, very hard. But remember... All good things come to those who wait... And slow and steady wins the race!!
  19. You're going to be fine. And honestly, if you gain a pound or two in the process, it's not the end of the world. Scales love to fluctuate. Just relax, follow the rules, and enjoy the ride, girl.
  20. Oh I completely understand. Bandster hell totally sucks. Don't get me wrong. But we all go through it, and like I said it may take a month or so to feel in the green zone. Just be patient, don't be hard on yourself, and be mindful with food. You got this!
  21. I hate the biggest loser. I feel bad for those people. They go through hell in front of a TV audience. And we don't even see it all. It's unrealistic.
