Banded May 2, 2013 First TOM??? (Ladies Help!!!)

Ok if you are a man you can read and help only if you can, please do not be rude! So I was banded on May 2, 2013 and this is my first TOM and all I want to do today is EAT! I am drinking water but it is not helping. On the bright side I am down 21 lbs! I had NO cramps for the first time in years. (happy dance). But I can not get full. My first fill is May 29, please help me! What is a girl to do????? I am drinking water, and walking. :o

I lucked out with timing I was back on solids by then but my last "." I would chew on what I was craving then spit it out lol it worked!!

Ok, hard for me to relate but I find higher fiber protein shakes and soups more filling and satisfying. See if that helps. best of luck!

When I get the wants, around that time, I'll have a s.f Popsicle... Or a couple. Lol. It helps me.

I take a sf fudge bar ff coolwhip and a tb of peanut butter mix it all up and it like soft serve but only about 100 cals gets rid of sugar craving for me anyway

I couldnt tell you what i craved because i received mine 2 days after my surgery .. i know i loved my ice pops tho during that time... i think if you do protein shakes make some decadent ones like chocolate n pb add ice so its like a shakey type i loved that too anything with my choco protein frozen peaches added some cinnamon things like that!! hope this helps
