Check in at 8:00am, surgery is scheduled for 10:00. I can have my Protein shakes on Wednesday but have to be fasting for 12 hours before surgery. What time do you go?

24 hours of clear liquids start tomorrow- yikes is all I can say!

I had my surgery this morning everything went great!!!! GOD IS GOOD I didn't have a hernia at all I do have the gas pain in shoulders, but nothing my heating pad & biofreeze isn't taking care of.

Did anyone else that had to do clear liquids 24 hours prior have any sort of protein?

I love Biofreeze. I have a big pump bottle of it at home. I'm glad you said something, I never would have thought to use it.

I'm banded!!' Pain worse than I thought . Hope it's better tomorrow . At least it's done !!!
