  3. I had my surgery this morning everything went great!!!! GOD IS GOOD I didn't have a hernia at all I do have the gas pain in shoulders, but nothing my heating pad & biofreeze isn't taking care of.

Thanks:) the hardest thing for me thru this whole process is quitting smoking cigarettes I have smoked for 8 years, but I will say the last 3 weeks I have smoked 1 every other day but not always, going from smoking about a half a pack a day to 1 us very good for me ,it just seems to calm my nerves. Has anybody else had a problem quitting??? If u did quit how?
  6. I'm getting banded on june 11th & I'm very nervous I know its bc I have never had any type of surgery.
  7. New at all this getting banded on 6/11/13, traveling to NJ from VA, anyone been banded on NJ.? Very excited yet nervous!! I love this site I have been on it all the time getting as much info as I can
