Yep, just a little over 4 months. I've been very fortunate, it has just been falling off of me. I've been working out 5x a week minimal, 45mins of cardio and some weight training. Eat mostly Proteins and stay away from starches, mostly because I struggle a lot with starchy things.

I had the lap band surgery, my band is 7 cc. No fills. I'm only 35lbs away from goal and don't struggle with hunger so I don't think I'll ever have a fill
