? for the women

During menstruation do you tend to gain weight or loss weight? I have been trying to stay on track with my meal schedule and I do zumba every night Monday-Friday but I seem to put on weight instead of take it off these past 2 weeks. Anyone know about this?

Not to hijack, but I also have PCOS and have wondered about getting my period. Pre-op, I used the pill to regulate. I stopped the pill one month prior to surgery and got my period on schedule but now wondering if I will get it again.

We were just talking about getting periods with PCOS and I actually just started one on my own...Thank God! I feel great to actually have one now. I actually ovulated!
