Ten 5 lb bags of flour!

I've lost ten 5 lb bags of flour since December 17th...51 lbs!...I can't imagine carrying all that flour around all day now, but I did carry that weight and it was fat! I have a horrible relationship with the camera but I do plan on getting some pic's up....

So yeah...thanks for letting me brag, I'll brag again when I lose the next 50!! :)

good job. yes I always equate 50 lbs to a sack of feed... we have horses so it is natural to relate to that.. you are on your way to a healthier life... keep up the good work....

Congratulstions! Have to sdmit I am jealous. Also banded on 12/17. But I have only lost 32 lbs. Keep up the good work!

Thats AWESOME !!!!!! Congrats!

Thats veryyyy exciting! congrats!! :)

I use cat litter or dog food bags as an analogy. Just think about carrying those 50 lbs up and down stairs, around a walking path or just going to the store?

The bags of flour or feed sacks are a great example. Large bags of dog food work too!

Banjo... 32 pounds in 3 months is awesome. It is not JUST 32.... it is WOW 32!!!!
