I used to get my fills with Dr. Speigal but his cash price on fills has gone up to $250 from $150. I can't afford to pay that much just for a fill cause I am a cash patient. I have called several places and everyone seems to run $250-$300 a fill. Anyone know anyone in the Houston area that is cheaper. Thanks.

Ever hear the saying that you get what you pay for? I would stick with a doc that knows me.

i agree with grammy as (cheaper) doesnt mean better...how about calling your dr and see if you can make smaller payments (like easy pay, so much per month)....or call and discuss the issue...this is your dr, maybe they will adjust for you

Have you called Dr. Wilkenfeld in Conroe/Woodlands area? His office is on 242 at I45. He's a great doctor and that's where I will be going...getting first fill either this week or next! I believe he charges $75....either way, I know it's not $250!!!!
