Please help.

I have really been trying not to buy any clothes for a while but my bras are huge and they often come undone. Could you all suggest what bras you like. I do not wear underwire. I really appreciate some suggestions. Thanks.

I bought cheap bras while I was losing because I knew I wouldn't be at that size in the end...so i went to target and found a couple I liked for the interim. I couldn't tell you what names they were....sorry

I don't buy these on this website, but here are the ones I really like, no wire, support, and really comfortable. I finally broke down and bought some last night, had the same problem as you: http://www.herroom.com/vanity-fair-71380-beautiful-benefits-back-smoothing-full-figure-bra.shtml

As much as it makes me feel like an old lady I have to say 18 hour by Playtex. The reason why makes me feel old is because that's the brand my mother has worn for so long as I can remember. But the reality is it's a great brand especially if you're a D or DD. Buy 1 in the store where you can try it on and get the size on the largest hook. That way you can tighten it up as you lose weight. You can buy Playtex 18 hour from their website at a significant savings from the store price.

The good news is you might find underwire bras more comfortable as you lose weight. I never wore them much before and now even my sports bras have them. And.it's a good thing, as they provide a little better support which some of us need moving out of the double letter.cup sizes!

A specialist once told me we should try to wear sports bras as much as possible and just keep the fancy ones fir going out. Much better for stopping the droop :)

Hi everyone I was wondering.. I am a 44ddd and underwire is the only thing that supports me. Now my question is this they normally put the port near the boob right. So I'm worried my bra is going to b in the way or either irritate the port site. Any of you have some insight?

My port was a good ways below the bra line. You should have no trouble.

I buy bras from Lane Bryant. I do prefer underwire but they have some that aren't. They are pricey but worth it in my opinion! I try to buy when they're having a buy-2-get-2-free sale. Part of the reason I like them is that their underwires stay put. I've never had one poke through the fabric like I used to have happen with cheaper bras. Having my boobs in the right spot in important to me lol. I think I spent a total of $80 for 4 bras last time I bought them, and they have lasted a year. It's time to buy some more but I think I'm close to dropping a size so I'm holding out for the moment.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
