OK I had a weird experience last night. I of course did not follow the nutrisystem meals for supper. What a concept? Anyway, as I wolfed down the 6 inch Subway and my small bag of Fritos, I burped or hiccuped or something and had a small PB. I was shocked. I have had this sensation before but just attributed it to my mind playing tricks with me. I obviously had had way too much to eat. Who would have thunk that a subway sandwich would be too much, I mean really? LOL!!! Anyway, I had this revelation that maybe I can use this to my advantage.
The good thing is I had the PB without the pain. The BAD thing is I had the PB without the pain. So no warning whatsoever it was gonna happen. It just happened. SIGH!!
The really sad thing is I was still in head hunger after eating the sandwich and fritos. I was looking for something else to shove down my gullet.
I am so frustrated and fighting this war with my head. I gotta get a handle on it and soon or I will be back to 296 or higher in about a month. No joke people!!!
Anyway, thanks for letting me vent. HUGS to you all.
