Day 1 of Liquid Diet

Today had not been bad at all. A little hungry but nothing horrible. Praying for continued strength & focus for I know the outcome will be worth every stomach growl:)

Glad to hear its not too bad.... wait until the headache kicks in.... :) or maybe you will be lucky and not have it... that was the worst for me.

Congrats on taking the plunge!

I am not sure what liquids you are on, but once day 3 hit, it was all good. Flavored some with decaffinated instant coffee, drank from a straw to avoid the protein smell and life was fine. Brought my bullet to work to make my shakes there.

Today was day one of my liquid diet, also. I have a headache and I'm a little hungry, but it hasn't been as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Day one I wanted to chew my arm off, but it does get better. I'm on day 5 now. Good luck!
