Hi, I just actually went through the same thing, when I did finally move I was down 3 lbs. I know that it's frustrating but like me just continue to hang in there.

Thank to all y'all for the encouragement. It really means the world to me and I really appreciate all the advise. I take it all in and I am inspired once again.

There will always be times when that scale will not move. I always look at how far I've come and take it one day at a time. Don't let anyone tell you there won't be setbacks because there will. Remember it is not always about the scale.

If you want to measure your progress, compare yourself to who you were yesterday"

I would never be jealous of anyones successes. I have never been that person or every will be. I am confident in myself as big as I have gotten and as small as I have gotten. But I am allowed to have emotions of disappointment and ask for encouragement and advise from the senior level bandsters on this site. Thats all.
