Anyones Rings Too Big?

What can I do about this situation? My rings are flying around on my fingers but I'm only half way to goal. Do they even make them smaller? Not sure. I know they stretch them out (from experience unfortunately) ;)

If the jeweler resizes a gold ring, down...would they "cut out" the excess gold? And if they did wouldn't it cost less? What do they do with the excess gold? Profit? ;)

OR

Do they just maneuver the gold ring down to size?

Yeah' date=' my engagement ring and another one keep rotating to under my finger and I'm constantly repositioning it. Especially when it's cold out and my fingers shrink a little.

Hey Maddysgram, you said your jeweler put your ring sizer on, is that one permanent?[/quote']

I would say its semi permanent. They've been on my rings for 20+ yrs, but if I wanted you can unbend the prongs that hold it on and remove it. Mine also are connected to wedding & engagement ring together, so they're all one piece.

I think jeweler charged me 10

I forgot I have three rings connected to this and it keeps them from spinning.
