Good Thoughts Needed - PS Tomorrow

Tomorrow morning I go in hospital for a tummy tuck, breast reduction and a bit of lipo on the hips. I never thought I'd be here. I've decided that while I'm not at my original goal weight, I am happy where I am. I'm not skinny by any stretch of the imagination, but I feel comfortable. I can shop in regular shops now and my doctor says I'm within a healthy weight range. I wear a size 12 US or 14 AU now. I may lose another 5kgs or so in the next few months, but I'm not going to stress over it.

My hubby took the dreaded before photos for me. They're horrid lol, but I expected that. He's out of the country on business until one week post op, so I'll have him take the first after shots then.

Anyway, if ya'll could spare a good thought, white light or prayer to send this way, I sure would appreciate it! I think I'm more nervous this time than I was before the band, because this surgery is very much, just for vanity reasons for me. I'm just trying to keep busy so I don't think about it lol...

And thanks everyone, for your support the past few months. I wouldn't be here without it.

Congratulations to you! :clap2:

I had my TT 13-14 wks ago, and I hope to have my combo Boob Lift & Lipo later this year...

You can honestly be assured that this will be the best thing you've done for yourself since the Band.

Once you're home, read trashy tabloid magazines (mindless celebrity gossip and pics of aesthetically pleasing folks is strangely inspirational when you're recovering from plastic surgery) and don't worry if you sleep like you're hibernating at first.

Indulge yourself and your body - and rest, rest, rest.

Finally, no matter what you do- don't try to lift anything heavy including children, chubby pets or luggage. Take it easy!

You'll do fine. Good luck & congrats

Happy Band Journeys to all

Yay Jess! Prayers on your behalf spoken from my heart tonight and all day tomorrow! I'll be looking for posts that you are home and healing, so until then, peace and good health, wise and strong doctors, and very little pain is my prayer for you!

Can't wait the see the pics!!!!!!

Good luck! Prayers are coming your way!!!

Thanks heaps everyone!! I'm just putting the finishing touches in my bag, then its time to drop the kiddo off at school, take my parents out for Breakfast (which I can't eat lol) and scoot on over to the hospital. I could vomit I'm so nervous lol, but that'll pass when they knock me out hehe.

See ya'll soon ;)

Hi Jess,

I'll be thinking about you all day. I only had my lap band op last Thursday but already I'm thinking about a TT and boob lift.

You know you are doing the best think you can for yourself and I cant wait to hear how it all goes.

Just wanted to let you know that you have a freshly banded girl thinking of you in Brisbane.

Fleur
