I am home and propped up on the couch. I had some horrible shoulder pain. I still have a bit of shoulder pain. Hoping the gas breaks up soon.

How are you this morning? My stomach muscles are so sore!

Congratulations to all who have come over to our side. Your journey is beginning. After the gas, slight discomfort goes away you will start being a "new" You. Remember to walk and walk to alleviate the gas/bloat inside and to SIP your Water often and lots.
