I went through the same office. They had me do 14 days of 2 shakes and a low calorie meal a day. As well as sugar free jello and pudding. I ate my low calorie meal at lunch instead of dinner because all I could smell was food at work during lunch. After the first 5 days it was easier.

I am new. I see people post nsv what does that mean?

I had horrible pains. I used the heating pad around the clock. And circled my arms. I know it sounds crazy but it sure helped. I would do circles while I walked through the house each hour. If anyone had been peeking in my windows they would have thought I was crazy.

I am feeling pretty good. I went back to work the Monday after.

I had my surgery yesterday. I got teary eyed all day Monday and even emailed my ex husband on the way to the surgery center with if I die instructions. You will be fine. We are own worst enemy. My sister and friend also prayed with me before they took me back also.

I am home and propped up on the couch. I had some horrible shoulder pain. I still have a bit of shoulder pain. Hoping the gas breaks up soon.

I am scheduled to arrive at 930 today. Getting nervous.

How much protein do they have? I am using the Adkins advantage and they are 15 grams of protein and so far are filling me up.

Oct 9th for me too I start my Pre op diet Tuesday.
