Need to change doctors soon please let me know of any good doctors around the Dallas area

I went to a new doc yesterday I really liked him he unfilled me all the way then added 1cc to my band now at 7.5 after I had the fill I got real light headed and felt dizzy I had to lay down for about 10 mins then I was fine , but how long after your fill did you take you to get adjusted to it I know they say your stomach can swell do to fills ! Did you feel as it was harder to hold down anything for the first couple days ?

How many cc do you have in your band and loosing weight? Just wanting to know when others got to there sweet spot

I have a doc appt Wen and I can wait , but as far as the food I work like 10 or more hours a day and I don't keep to much food at the house but I do need to make better choices during the day ! What are some stuff you eat if you don't mind me asking , and portion control I need to work on

I'm not real sure if that makes sense it's not that I over eat well sometimes but I find myself eating anything i want and not always healthy :/ well I sti can't eat breads

I just don't like the after care part of it , I feel they just hard very helpful where I go , I had to do the Adkins diet pretty much -

I was banded on 10/3/12 lost 40 lbs and have not lost anything in about two month and hardly can eat anything I'm trying to change doctors I just don't know how to go about changing

How many calories did/do you intake in a day to have a good weight loss and how many grams of protein a day do you get in

Ok I'm not sure if I'm to tight or taking big bites , I am throwing up a lot but when I throw up it's not big pieces and a lot of slim and spit more than food tho, I know tmi but I I'm getting stuck a lot and it hurts I got a fill two weeks ago yesterday I just don't know what to do

Why can I eat a cookie but have a hard time eating a chicken strip , could It be because I'm not taking small enough bites , I don't think I'm to sure on how small of bites I need to be taking ?

Well I don't keep the cookies in my house at all times but we had chicken strips for dinner the Other night and I baked some cookies for my kids and had one it didn't have any problems but the chicken it was really hard I just don't want to be to tight that all I was worried about , but I really think I'm just taking way way to big of a bite
