2.5 Weeks Post Op And Still On Liquids!

Anyone else still on liquids more than 2 weeks post op?? I was doing great, but today, I'm struggling!! I can't even have any creamy soups, just broth. I'm really trying, but damn, this is hard!! I'm down 22lbs since my surgery which is keeping me motivated, but I can't help but think about my first "solid meal" on Monday! Help???

Yes, I was on full liquids for 4 weeks post op. It sucked, I won't even lie. But, somehow I made it without cheating and you will too.

You're doing great, hang in there, the hard part is almost behind you :)

did 2 weeks pre and 2 weeks after so i can relate

hang in there. you can see the light at the end of the

tunnel :)

look how great you have done

You can do it! Start with SOFT solid foods though. The goal is make sure you are successful with that first non liquid meal. I did 3 weeks post op as well! Good Luck on your journey!

I take broth and mix egg beaters in. Just a small amount to get the protein
